How do you carve out a niche in an increasingly saturated market?
Learning technology company Redware were looking to secure new clients, retain existing customers in an ever more competitive marketplace, and increase their already healthy turnover. We spoke to existing and previous clients and planned a new strategy, messaging and design approach according to the insights gathered. In line with their areas of expertise and experience, we repositioned the business as automotive specialists with a new website and marketing collateral. We worked closely with the Redware team to provide in-depth written content including thought leadership articles, and capture inbound enquiries through LinkedIn and PR activities.
