How do you redefine an established technology solutions company?

Already well-established in technology for the education sector with an annual turnover of £3-4 million, we helped RivaNET to identify and communicate their specialism in order to capture new clients. Based on insights gained through extensive market research and conversations with clients past, present and potential, we repositioned and refreshed the brand as education technology specialists for independent schools. By promoting three core areas of expertise, we aimed to project RivaNET’s proactive, creative approach to problem-solving.

The launch of a responsive website alongside marketing collateral including brochures, posters, case studies, sales toolkits and even an uplift of email language saw RivaNET go from an average of 3 or 4 leads per year from the premier industry exhibition to 54 new leads from Bett 2018. This has brought in £1 million of new business and produced a return on their investment in our services of 3900%.
